INGREDIENTS:

1 TBSP Breakfast Sausage seasoning

1 LB protein of choice

DIRECTIONS:

Combine seasoning with protein & either form into patties or break apart in skillet to a crumble as it’s cooking until fully cooked. Recommended protein: ground turkey, pork, or plant based protein “Impossible Burger,” or firm tofu.
