Are all of your items sold online?
Many of our items are sold in our local shop and online but we do have some items that are exclusive to the shop and exclusive online. If you see an item on our Social Media that you would like to purchase but can’t find it online, call us 423-756-8711 or shoot us an email email@example.com and we will be happy to send it out to you.
I love your art but I need a different size…don’t want it framed…want to see more work by this artist…etc?
We have many different frame and print sizes. Stop by or give us a call (423) 756-8711 and we can help you customize.
Do I need to create an account to shop online?
You can browse our website without ever signing in. Once you are ready to make a purchase you will be walked through the steps to make an account. It’s an easy process and convenient to sign in and find out any details of previous orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX and Paypal.
How is tax charged on my order?
If you are a resident of TN you are charge sales tax of 9.25%. For any items that are shipped to locations outside of TN, tax will not be added to your purchase.
My purchase is a gift, do you gift wrap?
Yes! If you're shopping with us in-store, we can wrap your gift after purchase. If you are shopping online, give us the details of gift wrapping in the "Notes" section when purchasing.
