INGREDIENTS:
1-2 TBSP Taco seasoning depending on your desired spice level
1 LB protein (ground beef, turkey, sliced/diced chicken breast, plant-based protein, or crumbled tofu
DIRECTIONS:
Brown protein in a skillet until fully cooked. Sprinkle seasoning over protein with ¼ cup water and mix on low heat until combined and water is cooked off.
