INGREDIENTS:
4 TBSP Forage Chili seasoning
1 LB ground beef or turkey
One 14 oz can of the following:
- Black beans
- Light kidney beans
- Dark kidney beans
- Pinto beans
- Tomato sauce
Two 14 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
1 cup chopped celery
1 diced onion
4-6 cups of beef stock
DIRECTIONS:
Brown meat, drain beans, and add everything in a stock pot. Simmer at least 1 hour.
